RETURNING AN ORDER

If you have returned the package, it is in the expected condition and no items related to the order (accessories, goodies) are missing, the refund will be processed within 2 to 5 working days after receipt..


Broken/Defective product

If your order arrived with one or more defective items and you request a refund, you will be asked to provide proof of the defect so that we can check the situation thoroughly (photo, delivery note). The refund will be made within 3 to 7 working days after receipt..


Stolen/Lost package

If the order has still not arrived despite the dates indicated, or if it has been stolen or lost during delivery, we will also check with the delivery services. No action is required on your part for this type of situation. Refund will be made within 6 to 14 working days after receipt..


REGARDING DELIVERY TIMES

Our store would like to point out that any refund request claiming extended delivery times, where these are still within the advertised times, will be rejected. This is clearly stated in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, as well as in our Frequently Asked Questions, in the Returns & Exchanges section.

It is also important to note that any return request, once made, will be carefully examined. You can be asked to provide documents for a more detailed analysis of the order situation, which will be essential for the final decision.

 

RETURN OF THE ORDER

Withdrawal period

Our withdrawal period is 15 days. If 15 days have elapsed since receipt of the product, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.


Return conditions

To benefit from a return of your order, your item must be absolutely unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging so that it can be returned at your expense to the address we will provide you with.

To make a return, we will verify that it is indeed your order through your order number and/or any information used when you placed the order. This will most likely be your email address.

There are two possibilities for your return to be validated. We will acknowledge receipt of the package at the return address we have indicated to you, or you can send us a scan or photo as proof that the package has been returned to the address you have indicated to us. In the first case, the shipment should not be sent to the manufacturer's address. In the second case, a postal receipt or packing slip may be acceptable.

We may ask you to wait until we have received the goods, rather than sending us proof that the return has been made. In the case of a return request, it may be necessary to inspect the package. This inspection will take place before we process the refund, if any.


Returning a defective item

If you receive an item and say it is in poor condition and you would like a refund, but refuse to send a photo of the item you received, you will obviously be asked to send the item to a specific address so that the item in your order can be inspected.

Once the package is received, only after inspection will a refund be issued (or not). After inspection, we may check that the item is in good condition. We will inform you of this by means of a photo and/or video, in which case we will deny the refund.

This may seem like an excessive procedure. However, some people have been dishonest and, based on past experience, we can no longer take their word for it. We apologize for this and want you to know that we do our best to process all returns and refund requests.

 

Returning a gift

In the case of gifts, if the item you wish to return has been shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Again, only when we have received the item will a gift voucher be emailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and deliver it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift purchaser and the gift purchaser will know that you have returned the item.

For returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges. These shipping costs are non-refundable and if you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item, please consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or guarantee delivery. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
