IS THERE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, it is available in your member area if you have created one. If you order as a guest, you will be sent an email with an order summary and a number to track your package in real time.

If you have any problems with this information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Note: Some special transactions, including promotions, may have shipments without tracking numbers.

 

I HAVE ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM SO FAR.

Some products may be shipped separately, in several different packages. This is the case of some packs and costumes in the store. Don't worry, all the products you have ordered will be delivered on time.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Once your order has been placed, it is impossible to request its cancellation or modification. No cancellation or modification is possible because the information has been validated and transmitted to our warehouse. You can still ask for a refund once you have returned the order after receip.
